At SV Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies for all our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. General Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the interests of both our customers and our business operations. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Booking Amount Refunds

2.1 Initial Booking Amount

  • Within 7 days of booking: 90% refund of booking amount
  • 8-30 days after booking: 75% refund of booking amount
  • 31-60 days after booking: 50% refund of booking amount
  • After 60 days: No refund of booking amount

2.2 Processing Fees

A processing fee of ₹5,000 or 2% of the booking amount (whichever is higher) will be deducted from all refunds to cover administrative costs.

3. Construction Stage Refunds

Refunds during different construction stages are subject to the following conditions:

  • Foundation Stage: 80% refund of total amount paid
  • Structure Stage: 60% refund of total amount paid
  • Finishing Stage: 40% refund of total amount paid
  • Completion Stage: No refund available

4. Cancellation Scenarios

4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking for the following reasons:

  • Change in financial circumstances
  • Relocation to a different city
  • Change in family requirements
  • Personal emergencies

4.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

SV Infra Projects may cancel a project under exceptional circumstances:

  • Regulatory issues or legal complications
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions)
  • Significant delays beyond our control
  • Major changes in project scope or specifications

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refund Request Procedure

  1. Submit a written refund request to our customer service team
  2. Include your booking reference number and reason for cancellation
  3. Provide necessary documentation (ID proof, payment receipts)
  4. Allow 7-10 business days for review and processing

5.2 Refund Processing Time

  • Online payments: 7-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 10-15 business days
  • Cheque payments: 15-20 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees and documentation charges
  • Legal and stamp duty charges
  • Processing fees and administrative costs
  • Any charges related to loan processing
  • Maintenance deposits and advance payments

7. Transfer of Booking

Instead of cancellation, customers may opt to transfer their booking to another person:

  • Transfer fee: ₹10,000 or 1% of total amount paid (whichever is higher)
  • New buyer must meet our eligibility criteria
  • All original terms and conditions apply to the new buyer
  • Transfer process takes 15-20 business days

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Medical Emergencies

In case of serious medical emergencies affecting the primary buyer or immediate family members, we may consider full refunds with proper medical documentation.

8.2 Job Transfers

For job transfers to different cities, we may offer enhanced refund terms with proper documentation from the employer.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds:

  1. First, contact our customer service team
  2. If unresolved, escalate to our management team
  3. For legal disputes, jurisdiction will be in Telangana courts
